Please note the following refund and return information when purchasing our beauty products online.

Returns

30 Days Return Policy

You can exercise the right to return an order at your cost and opt for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. Your order(s) is/are eligible for a refund less delivery shipping cost subject to below conditions:

Goods are purchased from our website www.byerinmassage.com
A request for refund notification is received by us via erin@byerinmassage.com within 30 days upon you receiving of the goods.
Goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
Goods are returned with a copy of your return authorisation number and form (along with the receipt/invoice).
Goods are in brand new and undamaged condition*.
Goods must be returned to our specified address within 30 days after we acknowledge your request.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned items, we will endeavour to you refund you the full amount of your returned items within 3 business days.

Services

The provisions of services provided by By Erin Naturally and/or Erin Kemp are not subject to the terms and conditions above.

Refunds are not provided on any services, including, but not limited to, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Spray Tanning, Pregnancy Massage. This includes the purchase of Gift Vouchers for service based treatment, including any massage therapy or spray tanning services.

Gift Vouchers

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable to gift card purchases.
